“We Used To __ And Now We ___”
Emily’s work brings strangers together in real-world and virtual crowds. For our first mome, students constructed ‘paper dolls’ from photos of themselves and inserted them into a variety of background landscapes. Using stop-motion-animation apps, they enacted narratives based on storyboards that expressed their “collective selves within a crowd.”
